The announcement was made on the Bose Global Press Room blog, where the company revealed the Smart Soundbar 900’s dimensions are 2.3 inches tall, 4 inches deep, and 41 inches long, encased in a wraparound metal grille and tempered glass. The Smart Soundbar 900 has a seven-speaker arrangement in its cabinet, working in tandem with the company’s proprietary PhaseGuide technology. Bose has combined Dolby Atmos surround sound with its PhaseGuide technology for precise sound placement and better immersion. Bose’s TrueSpace tech is also included to provide a vertical sound experience. The company’s goal is to make customers feel like they’re actually in an action movie or the front row at a concert. The Smart Soundbar 900 connects through a single HDMI eARC cable that transmits full-resolution audio signal and can reproduce a high-quality sound without compromising quality. The Smart Soundbar 900 will be available starting September 23 for $899.95. It’s currently available for pre-order.
